1. Intake

To kick off the process, one of our brokers will meet you at the property you are looking to let. Together we will do a full walk-through of your home, discussing all the features and talking through your rental preferences. During this meeting we will give you advice on the entire rental process, including suggestions on the rental price and level of furnishing you may want to provide. You will also have the chance to ask any questions regarding the process and surrounding laws and regulations.

We will give you tips for getting your property ready to be professionally photographed and showcased. Our in-house photographer will come by to capture professional photos of your home to be used on our website and other rental platforms.

2. Posting Online

Once we have approved the photos of your property and have all the information complete, we will post your home online– not only on our own website, but also on large rental platforms such as Funda and Pararius. In addition, we will actively promote your property through our own international network and NEW Media. Your photos along with the information about your house will be shared with our extensive network of brokers.

3. Planning Viewings

We will schedule all viewings for suitable candidates in consultation with you.

4. Potential Candidates

Candidates who are interested in your property will have the opportunity to make an offer. After a thorough screening of the potential tenants, including a credit check, we will send the proposals through to you. We will help advise you throughout the entire negotiation process, keeping your best interests in mind.

5. Contract & Check-In

After you have approved and agreed to accept an offer, we will draw up the rental contracts. Once all of the documents have been signed and the deposit and first month’s rent have been paid, the keys can be handed over to the new tenant. The handover will happen during the scheduled check-in appointment, which will take place on or around the start date of the contract. During this appointment we will draw up a detailed report including extensive photos documenting the current state of the property. We will do the same at the end of contracted rental period. This way we can best assist you in the rare occurrence of damage to your property.

6. Management Partner

We will remain your point of contact during the rental period and assist with any disputes or questions that may arise about the legal rental framework, maintenance obligations, and management structure.
